Junior High

A week at Covenant Pines Bible Camp will be the highlight of your middle schooler’s summer.

We promise three things:

1. They will learn about God
2. They will meet new friends/grow closer with old friends
3. They will have a blast

Your camper will stay with around 10 other students in a cabin. With that cabin community, they will experience new and challenging activities. Twice a day everyone will participate in huge all-camp games.

At Junior High, campers get to enjoy some special activities and privileges that they couldn’t at our younger camps. Junior High Camp is also designed to encourage students to participate more in spiritual activities. They will be challenged with two chapels a day. At Chapel they will hear a Biblical message that is applicable to their lives. Once a day campers will be given personal devotional times to really analyze their relationship with God. Throughout the week campers will go to special breakout sessions called “God Time.” They’ll be challenged to ask big questions about God’s plan for their lives.

Lindsay Johnson 

Hi, my name is Lindsay Johnson! I’m passionate about sharing the joy, truth and life changing love of Jesus Christ with students and adults of all ages! God tells us to “… declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light” (1 Peter 2:9), and there is nothing I would rather do more than point others to the goodness of God. I’ve traveled the world, but my favorite place is Covenant Pines Bible Camp! I grew up attending CPBC as a camper, worked as a counselor on summer staff and served as Program Director. I’m currently the Associate Dean of Students at Southwest Christian High School in Chaska, MN. I’m praying for every camper, staff member and volunteer attending CPBC this summer, and I cannot wait to encounter Christ with you all!

Alex Scott 

Hello! My name is Alex Scott and I’m currently the youth pastor at community covenant church.

I reside in north Minneapolis.

In my free time I enjoy riding my bike, going to concerts, collecting records and VHS tapes and trying new restaurants

I have been going to camp since I was 6 years old and it is one of my favorite places on earth

In my time going to CPBC I have been a camper, sweat, cook, counselor and ministry staffer.

And I am so excited to add speaker to my camp resume this summer!

The mission of Cpm is to encourage campers to take a next step in Christian faith.
