Covenant Pines Bible Camp

junior staff

There are 3 options for high school students who want to develop their leadership skills at Covenant Pines Bible Camp.

Separate applications are required for each program. Online applications can be found here.

sweat team

SWEAT team members help with the daily camp responsibilities as well as special work projects. Prepare to get dirty and work hard! Students will be challenged physically and spiritually as they learn what it means to serve God and one another. We offer one-week sessions for students entering 9-12th grades. Contact Natalie Swanson for more details.

leaders in training

(LIT): The Leaders In Training program provides students an opportunity to develop their leadership skills and be challenged to grow in their faith. Students sleep in a cabin, work with a camp counselor building relationships with campers and learning to serve God and others. The first week consists of observing and learning from our Jr. Staff Director, counselors, staff and one another. The second week involves taking on more responsibility and greater leadership by working alongside staff, building relationships and helping lead cabin devotions and group activities. Two-week sessions for students entering 10-12th grades. Contact Natalie Swanson for more details.

junior counselors

The Jr. Counseling program is for students who desire to lead, serve, and expand on their knowledge of camping ministry, God, service and leadership. One-week sessions for students entering 11-12th grades and recent graduates; must have completed an LIT session. Contact Natalie Swanson for more details.
