AC SALT
We are excited to offer this week of service and learning for high school students this summer! SALT stands for Service and Learning Team. Help move camp forward while engaging in community and seeking deeper discipleship. Our hope is that during this week students will experience what it’s like to be a part of the summer in-base community, learn tangible life skills, develop greater personal responsibility, and be inspired by the life and teachings of Jesus. SALT students will be learning more about how AC functions and jumping into daily operations at camp while also participating in faith conversations with their fellow students and the AC staff. There will, of course, be fun throughout the week including evening activities and a day trip out on trail.
SALT will be available for up to 8 students. There is an application process that includes answering a couple questions in paragraph form.
